One of my favorite innovations from Star Wars: The Last Jedi were the Force-bonding scenes between Rey and Kylo Ren, where they unexpectedly find themselves able to communicate psychically through the Force. Years later, while watching Marriage Story and its famous argument scene between ScarJo and Adam Driver, I couldn’t help but picture what it would look like if that fight were happening between Kylo and Rey and their already-complicated relationship.

I think your capacity for the darkly comic and the absurd will determine your mileage with this one.
